Summary

The Partnership Strategist serves as a strategic connector within engage2learn’s revenue organization, supporting both new business development and partner lifecycle performance. This role operates at the intersection of pipeline generation, revenue intelligence, and partner success coordination to accelerate territory performance and strengthen client expansion strategy.


Working closely with Directors of Strategic Partnerships (DSPs) and Executive Directors of Partner Success (EDPSs), the Partnership Strategist ensures in territory events are strategically supported, processes are streamlined, customer touchpoints are managed, and a seamless experience from prospect to long-term customer. This role acts as a central point of support across the sales and customer success functions, assisting with onboarding coordination, account administration, and customer communications. 


This role is critical to improving territory velocity and expansion readiness across the organization. 

Responsibilities

Partner Lifecycle & Expansion Support

Collaborate with EDPS’ to support renewal, replacement, and expansion strategy across assigned territories.

Support contextualization of services in alignment with district needs and evolving priorities.

Coordinate meeting preparation, executive briefing materials, and documentation that strengthens partner communication.

Revenue Intelligence & Operational Discipline

Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure all deal data reflects current status, next steps, and strategic notes.

Conduct research and analysis to inform territory strategy, event targeting, and account prioritization.

Support forecasting accuracy by identifying pipeline risk or stalled opportunities.

Assist in preparing internal dashboards, territory reports, and meeting agendas for DSP and EDPS collaboration.

Strengthen communication flow between new business and partner success functions to ensure seamless handoffs.

Event & Market Engagement Support

Support DSP and EDPS teams in planning, promoting, and executing territory-based events.

Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement.

Track event-to-opportunity conversion metrics to improve territory performance over time.

Provide post-event follow-up coordination to ensure momentum is sustained.


Requirements

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following competencies:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience in education, education-adjacent organizations, or revenue-support roles.

K–12 education experience strongly preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High level of proficiency in CRM systems and productivity tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational discipline.

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and identify opportunity signals.

Ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.

High energy, persistence, and business acumen

Employment Details

This is a full-time, exempt position.

This is a remote position.

Standard work hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with additional hours as necessary.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

401K, Health Insurance plan benefits offered.

Full-time employees receive 6 weeks of PTO per year.

A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.

Background check and drug screening will be required.
