Job Summary

We are looking for an Account Executive to convert qualified leads into paying clients through consultative, value-driven sales conversations. This is a remote closing role focused on handling inbound appointments, understanding client needs, and confidently closing deals.

This role is ideal for experienced closers who thrive in high-stakes conversations and are driven by performance-based earnings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality discovery and closing calls with pre-qualified prospects
  • Build strong rapport and trust with decision-makers
  • Identify client pain points and position tailored high-ticket solutions
  • Handle objections confidently and guide prospects toward purchase decisions
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with SDRs and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Continuously refine sales scripts, frameworks, and closing strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in high-ticket sales / closing roles
  • Proven track record of closing deals
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
  • Experience with inbound and/or outbound sales funnels
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience selling in SaaS, coaching, consulting, or agency services is highly preferred
