Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced consultant to support Market Access & Reimbursement (MA&R) payer marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This individual will partner with Brand Access Strategy Leads and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate the development, review, and execution of payer-facing marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of payer marketing programs across multiple brands.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and implementation activities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end PRC review processes, including submission management, asset routing, review tracking, comment consolidation, and approval workflows.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of payer marketing materials.
  • Coordinate activities with external agencies and vendors to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
  • Track project status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
  • Support governance and communication activities across multiple workstreams.

Required Experience

  • Pharmaceutical marketing experience required.
  • Experience supporting Market Access, Managed Markets, Payer Marketing, or Market Access & Reimbursement (MA&R) initiatives preferred.
  • Strong experience managing PRC/MLR review processes.
  • Experience coordinating the development and approval of promotional or payer-facing materials.
  • Experience working with agencies and external vendors.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multiple brands or therapeutic areas.
  • Familiarity with payer marketing asset development and approval processes.
  • Experience working in cross-functional pharmaceutical environments.
