Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced consultant to support the development of a Sales Force Account Progression Framework for its commercial organization. This role will partner with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to define a framework that helps field sales teams assess account health, identify barriers to progression, and determine best next actions across the buying and advocacy continuum.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with commercial and field sales stakeholders.
  • Partner with business leaders and SMEs to develop a practical account progression framework for the field sales organization.
  • Translate business discussions into playbooks, frameworks, and executive-ready deliverables.
  • Drive project activities, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up actions across cross-functional teams.
  • Support adoption planning and recommendations for future phases of the initiative.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience supporting field sales effectiveness, sales excellence, sales enablement, or commercial consulting initiatives within life sciences or healthcare.
  • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Experience developing business frameworks, playbooks, or process improvements.
  • Strong program or project management skills in a consulting or matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry experience.
  • Vaccines commercial experience is a plus.
  • Consulting experience supporting commercial organizations.
  • Experience with account planning, customer engagement, or sales effectiveness initiatives.
