Prowess Consulting is looking for a Senior Communications Writer to translate complex total rewards business plans into clear, trusted, and human-centered messaging at a leading tech company. This role is ideal for a strong storyteller who can take complex HR and business programs and distill them into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives. You are skilled at crafting executive-level messaging while also creating practical, actionable communications for employees and managers. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with program managers, creatives, and stakeholders to bring cohesive communication strategies to life.

The offered pay range for this position is $105,000 – 140,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
