Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event & Travel Coordinator to assist with coordinating event arrangements and travel-related services. This role focuses on managing logistics, organizing schedules, and ensuring all details are handled efficiently to support a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate event details alongside travel-related arrangements and scheduling
  • Assist with organizing timelines, reservations, and logistics
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and confirm plans
  • Review and verify details to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Provide updates, confirmations, and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized records of client plans and coordination activities
