Job description

Description : ESG Toulouse, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, dans le domaine de Commercial et Développement des ventes, un(e) Commercial(e) B2B en contrat d'alternance.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Commercial et Développement des ventes, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Réaliser des rendez-vous commerciaux et présenter l'offre de l'entreprise

  • Assurer le suivi et la fidélisation des clients existants

  • Participer aux actions de prospection (salons, phoning, emailing)

    • Préparer les supports de présentation commerciale

    • Mettre à jour les bases de données prospects

  • Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux de l'équipe

  • Analyser les résultats de vente et proposer des actions correctives

  • Collaborer avec les équipes marketing pour les opérations promotionnelles

  • Traiter les réclamations clients et veiller à leur satisfaction

  • Réaliser une veille marché et concurrentielle

  • Prospecter et développer un portefeuille de clients et de partenaires

Profil :

Nous recherchons un profil titulaire d'un Bac+3 (Bachelor) dans le domaine de Bachelor Communication.

Compétences :

  • Connaissance des outils CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot ou équivalent)

  • Capacité à analyser des données commerciales et à en tirer des insights

  • Connaissance des techniques de négociation et de closing

  • Bonne maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Maîtrise des outils de communication professionnelle (e-mail, téléphone)

  • Notions en marketing et communication commerciale

Qualités personnelles :

  • Persévérant(e) et orienté(e) résultats

  • Excellent(e) communicant(e) avec un fort sens du relationnel

  • Autonome, proactif(ve) et force de proposition
