Job Opening: Intake & Recruitment Coordinator (Nightshift)

Location: Remote (7pm - 3am SAST)
Type: Full-Time

Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire client intake process during nightshift hours, ensuring efficient and seamless communication
  • Serve as the primary contact for new client inquiries received overnight, providing prompt and professional responses
  • Collect, review, and accurately organize client documentation
  • Coordinate service initiation including scheduling and internal communication during night hours
  • Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating candidates, and scheduling interviews during nightshift
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires remotely
  • Maintain and update client and candidate information in systems such as Monday.com
  • Track and manage workflows related to intake and recruitment to ensure timely follow-ups and process completion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing and client needs across time zones

Requirements

  • Experience in intake coordination, recruitment, or customer service, preferably within the healthcare or ABA field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for remote and overnight work
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a nightshift environment
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with Monday.com or similar CRM/project management software is preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook
  • Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence
  • Adaptability to nightshift schedule and working independently across time zones
  • Strong problem-solving and administrative capabilities
