We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to combine high-level administrative expertise with strategic business involvement, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term growth initiatives.

In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring seamless business operations while contributing to strategic planning and market development initiatives. You will work at the intersection of administration, analysis, and business strategy.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leaders (Executive/Head/Manager)
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items
  • Maintain structured and accurate filing systems (electronic and physical)
  • Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and business documentation
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables
  • Contribute to the implementation of new tools, systems, and process improvements
  • Assist in evaluating new business opportunities, including potential partnerships or acquisitions
  • Provide analytical input for strategic initiatives and business cases
  • Support strategic database management and reporting tools

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Proven experience in an administrative and business support role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
