About the Opportunity
Reclatam is hiring on behalf of a U.S.-based law firm seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and intellectually curious Litigation Case Manager to join its growing team.
This role serves as the critical connection between legal strategy and client experience. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving problems, managing complex litigation matters, and supporting clients through challenging situations. You will work closely with attorneys to keep cases moving efficiently while ensuring clients receive exceptional communication and support throughout the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Litigation Support
- Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of litigation files using Clio and other case management systems.
- Monitor and proactively manage case deadlines, discovery timelines, court dates, and document collection.
- Ensure all case files remain organized, accurate, and ready for attorney review at all times.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, witnesses, and third parties to move matters efficiently through the litigation process.
Pleadings & Court Filings
- Prepare, review, and complete legal documents, pleadings, and litigation-related forms.
- Assist with filing documents in state and federal courts as required.
- Utilize document automation and case management technology to streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with court rules, filing requirements, and procedural deadlines.
Client Communication & Advocacy
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their cases.
- Communicate case updates clearly, professionally, and compassionately.
- Build trust with clients by providing responsive and empathetic support.
- Translate complex legal concepts into understandable language while maintaining professionalism.
Investigation & Discovery Support
- Assist with gathering evidence, records, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct witness interviews and fact investigations as directed.
- Identify missing information and proactively follow up to strengthen case development.
- Support attorneys during discovery and case preparation.
Trial & Hearing Preparation
- Organize exhibits, evidence, and case materials for hearings, mediations, and trial.
- Coordinate witness and client preparation.
- Assist attorneys in preparing comprehensive case files and supporting documentation.
Administrative & Communication Management
- Manage high-volume email correspondence and case-related communications.
- Maintain accurate case notes and records within the firm's systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth case progression and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Experience in litigation support, case management, paralegal work, or a related legal role.
- Prior experience handling plaintiff-side or defense-side litigation matters.
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case management workflows.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Tenants' Rights, Property Litigation, Housing Law, or related practice areas.
- If no direct property litigation experience, prior Personal Injury (PI) litigation experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with discovery, court filings, and litigation document preparation.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency with Clio Manage and/or Clio Grow is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and cloud-based legal platforms.
- Experience working with document automation systems and legal technology tools.
Communication Skills
- Advanced to fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client communication skills.
- Strong legal writing, grammar, and professional correspondence abilities.
