This is more than an administrative role. It's advocacy from the first hello.

Our client is seeking a highly organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented professional who can balance human connection with analytical thinking in a fast-paced legal environment.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the first voice potential clients hear, conducting intake evaluations with empathy, professionalism, and strong judgment
  • Research claims, identify patterns, and draft concise internal memos to support attorney decision-making
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within the firm's CRM, document systems, and calendars
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth intake and case onboarding processes
  • Support operational needs as they arise, including assisting with new-hire training
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team environment

The responsibilities listed above are representative and not exhaustive.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You lead with empathy while thinking critically and analytically
  • You are exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to shifting priorities
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and practice management software
  • Spanish fluency is a strong plus

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Experience in legal intake, client services, or administrative support is a plus but not required
