Job description

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-class online school delivering live, real-time learning to ambitious students around the world. With over 1000 students joining us from 65 countries, our vision is to unlock our students' limitless potential, together, for extraordinary futures.

  • What does this role involve?

    Our Student Experience Associates are responsible for providing high-quality service and strategic support to CGA students and parents, primarily in New Zealand. You'll build and maintain strong relationships with students and families, ensuring they receive timely and personalised assistance. This position requires effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks to enhance the student experience.

    Note: this role operates in the Australian timezone and so you must be able to work 9am-6pm AEST/AEDT

    How we measure success in this role:

    • High student satisfaction through strong retention and NPS scores.

    • Fast, high-quality issue resolution measured by response and resolution speed.


    Working Hours and Pay

    • Full-time, 40 hours per week. You must be available from 9am NZT (non-negotiable) and can work fully remote.

    • Salary: 686,400 PHP per annum.
