Job description

About Crimson Global Academy

Crimson Global Academy (CGA) is a world-leading online school with students in more than 30 countries and a teaching staff drawn predominantly from New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom. Every one of our teachers is a subject expert, and our strong pastoral care network ensures students learn in a safe and inclusive environment.

Students at CGA study at a level that matches their academic competence rather than their age, which means a significant proportion of our cohort is working ahead of their peer group. Combined with curriculum flexibility, cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to accelerate, CGA offers an unusually rich environment for students with the drive to excel. Our academic results speak for themselves.

About the role

As Exams Liaison, you'll be the primary campus contact for exam-related queries and logistics, working hand-in-hand with the Assessment and Examinations Manager. You'll help students feel informed and supported, keep documentation tight, and make sure exam series run smoothly from start to finish.

You'll work closely with the Principal, Heads of Department, teachers, and campus admin staff. Time commitment: roughly 2 release periods per week.

What you'll do

  • Be the accessible point of contact for student and family exam questions

  • Communicate exam timetables, access arrangements, and deadlines clearly

  • Coordinate logistics with teachers, HODs, and campus admin during exam periods

  • Support online proctoring schedules and time-zone coordination

  • Review exam entries, documentation, and student details for accuracy

  • Help run pre-exam briefings and post-exam processes (result queries, grade reviews)

  • Support internal exam cycles and coursework deadlines

  • Provide enhanced support during the three annual exam series (Jan, May/June, Oct/Nov)

About you

  • Current teacher at CGA Aoraki or Greenwich campus

  • Strong organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail

  • Calm under pressure — exam season won't faze you

  • Confident communicator with students, families, and colleagues

  • Comfortable working across spreadsheets, documentation, and data

  • Collaborative across departments and teams

Nice to have

  • Experience with IGCSE or A-Level exam administration

  • Familiarity with Pearson Edexcel or Cambridge processes

  • Experience supporting students with access arrangements
