Previous Australian estimating/tendering experience is required.
Experience within construction, trades, waterproofing, or related industries.
Strong understanding of take-offs, BOQs, quotations, tenders, and variations.
Experience using platforms such as EstimateOne, Tradify, Simpro, Buildxact, or similar job management software.

Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations.
Source and manage tender opportunities through platforms such as EstimateOne.
Liaise with builders, suppliers, project managers, and contract administrators.

Key Responsibilities
Review tender documents, plans, and specifications.
Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations.
Source and manage tender opportunities through platforms such as EstimateOne.
Liaise with builders, suppliers, project managers, and contract administrators.
Follow up submitted quotes and support business development activities.
Manage project records, quotes, and documentation in Tradify and internal systems.
Prepare variation pricing and revised quotations when project scopes change.
Track tender deadlines, opportunities, and project pipelines.
Maintain accurate pricing templates, reports, and project information.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the operations team.
