Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review tender documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Prepare material take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations.
  • Source and manage tender opportunities through platforms such as EstimateOne.
  • Liaise with builders, suppliers, project managers, and contract administrators.
  • Follow up submitted quotes and support business development activities.
  • Manage project records, quotes, and documentation in Tradify and internal systems.
  • Prepare variation pricing and revised quotations when project scopes change.
  • Track tender deadlines, opportunities, and project pipelines.
  • Maintain accurate pricing templates, reports, and project information.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the operations team.


Requirements

  • Previous Australian estimating/tendering experience is required.
  • Experience within construction, trades, waterproofing, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of take-offs, BOQs, quotations, tenders, and variations.
  • Experience using platforms such as EstimateOne, Tradify, Simpro, Buildxact, or similar job management software.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications.
