With access to over 30,000 vetted publishers, influencers, affiliates, and media buyers in Levanta’s Creator Marketplace, sellers can drive high-quality external traffic to their stores, control commissions, improve organic search rankings, and benefit from referral kickbacks on sales generated by their affiliates.

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator with a strong attention to detail who is ready to learn more about analytics, campaign management, email marketing and paid media. This is the right role for someone early in their career who’s seeking experience in a fast-paced startup environment. The right candidate will view this as an opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility over time. The role will sit on the Growth Marketing team who has direct accountability to lead and pipeline targets β€” and works in lockstep with Partnerships, Content, Brand, and Events to bring programs to life.

What You'll Own:

  • Build Hubspot landing pages, forms and emails and interpret results of open/click rates
  • Validate and ensure accuracy of Hubspot lead and deal data 
  • Manage and optimize email banner campaigns via email signature tool
  • Work alongside agencies and contractors for graphic design and paid media, requesting graphics and handing off assets to paid media contractor
  • Create email and ad copy with the assistance of Claude and content team
  • Analyze weekly performance data and surfacing insights to marketing team for fast decision making
  • Gather and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Experiment with AI tools like Claude to automate repetitive tasks, generate ideas and create marketing assets

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an startup environment
  • 1-3 years of Hubspot experience
  • Experience in one or more of the following: paid media, email marketing, conversion rate optimization
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar fields
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana
  • Basic understanding of paid media, web analytics, email campaigns, or related digital channels
  • Familiarity with platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Claude
  • Knowledge of marketing funnels and KPIs like CPL, Pipeline, Revenue, etc.
