  • Hohe Wirksamkeit: Du schaffst die technischen Grundlagen, damit unsere Produktteams schnell, sicher und selbstständig releasen können.
  • CI/CD gestalten: Du baust unsere CI/CD-Pipelines mit GitLab CI auf und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Automatisierung vorantreiben: Du verantwortest Build-, Test- und Release-Automatisierung für mehrere Produktteams.
  • Container & Kubernetes: Du containerisierst bestehende und neue Komponenten (Docker) und betreibst Anwendungen auf Kubernetes – inklusive Erstellung und Pflege von Helm-Charts.
  • Plattform stabilisieren: Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Debian-basierten Distributionen weiter.
  • Golden Paths etablieren: Du definierst wiederverwendbare Standards und Workflows für wiederkehrende Deployments und Releases.
  • Sicherheit im Blick behalten: Du managst Schwachstellen und sorgst für eine robuste, sichere Software-Supply-Chain.
  • Zusammenarbeit leben: Du arbeitest eng mit Tech Leads, Entwicklungsteams und dem Product Management zusammen.

Must-have
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in GitLab CI
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Docker und Containerisierung
  • Praxis in Build- und Release-Automatisierung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes (Deployments, Debugging, Helm)
  • Verständnis für automatisierte Tests im CI/CD-Kontext (Integration wünschenswert)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Nice-to-have
  • Erfahrung mit Deployments auf Debian oder Ubuntu
  • Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Ansible, Terraform)
  • Python- und/oder Bash-Kenntnisse für Scripting und Tooling
  • Erfahrung in der Modernisierung von Legacy-Systemen
  • Operations-Verständnis (Betrieb beim Kunden, Updates, Monitoring, Stabilität)
