Über die Rolle

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Solution Architect (m/w/d), der skalierbare E-Commerce-Lösungen für Mid-Market- und Enterprise-Kunden konzipiert, begleitet und validiert. Diese Rolle befindet sich an der Schnittstelle zwischen geschäftlichen Anforderungen und technischer Umsetzung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den Teams aus Sales, Customer Success sowie Implementierungspartnern zusammen, um erfolgreiche, zukunftssichere Lösungen und termingerechte Go-Lives sicherzustellen.

Als Solution Architect (m/w/d) verantwortest du das Lösungsdesign von der Pre-Sales-Phase bis hin zu den ersten Schritten nach dem Launch. Du übersetzt komplexe geschäftliche Anforderungen in klare technische Architekturen und stellst sicher, dass diese mit den Möglichkeiten der Plattform, bewährten Best Practices und den Delivery-Modellen unserer Partner übereinstimmen.
