Job Description


As a Women Tech Lead in Data Analytics at BloomfieldX, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of analysts and data scientists to deliver data-driven insights and strategies that drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities


• Lead and mentor data analytics teams to deliver high-quality, actionable insights
• Develop data strategies aligned with business goals and organizational priorities
• Uncover insights and trends to drive informed decisions across business units
• Collaborate across teams to design and implement effective data solutions
• Stay current with emerging analytics technologies, tools, and best practices
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Ensure data privacy compliance and uphold data governance standards
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels


Must-Have Skills


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven team handling and leadership experience
• Flexibility to work evening shifts as per business requirements


Technical Requirements (Mandatory Knowledge Check)

1. Ticketing System — ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar platforms (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)
2. Scrum Methodology — Agile practices, Sprint planning, and execution
3. SQL — Query writing, data extraction, and database fundamentals
4. Data Analytics / Visualization Tools — Working knowledge of any relevant tool (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, Excel)
5. Leadership & Communication — Strong leadership presence with clear and effective communication skills


Work Mode & Location


Mode: Remote
Shift: Evening shifts (3 PM to 12 AM)
Preferred: Tamil Nadu candidates
Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a relevant role
