Tech Co-Founder

This is a remote position.

The company is building an AI-powered marketing execution platform for Swiss SMEs. The product helps companies turn one campaign brief into brand-consistent, compliance-reviewed campaigns across several channels.
The company is currently in proof of concept with its first design partners and is looking for a highly ambitious technical builder to join as an early technical co-founder / founding engineer.
You will help build the first version of the product, work closely with the founding team, and take ownership of core parts of the platform. This includes backend development, AI workflows, campaign generation, document processing, data architecture, and integrations with marketing tools.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has already built strong technical projects, has hands-on AI/LLM experience, and wants to grow into a technical leadership or CTO-type role over time.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript
  
• First experience building backend systems, APIs, SaaS products, automation tools, or AI applications
  
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, RAG, structured outputs, AI agents, or workflow automation
  
• Good understanding of databases, ideally PostgreSQL
  
• Interest in cloud deployment, security, data privacy, and scalable architecture
  
• Experience or strong interest in REST API integrations, OAuth, rate limits, and third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Google, or email tools
  
• High ownership mentality and willingness to build in an early-stage startup environment
  
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and make pragmatic technical decisions
  
• Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus
