As a Sales Caller, you will play a crucial role in growing our client base and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads who have inquired about our digital marketing services.
  • Follow up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
  • Effectively communicate our digital marketing services, answering questions, addressing concerns, and highlighting the benefits to potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM, ensuring up-to-date notes and feedback.
  • Manage your time efficiently to meet daily and weekly calling and sales targets.
  • Demonstrate a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism while engaging with prospects.
  • Update and maintain client information and progress in our CRM system.
  • Be open to feedback and continuously improve your approach to sales calls.
