Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in web analytics software and keyword tools; proficiency with office platforms (Google Docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Dropbox).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Level C1) and ability to work in a remote office position.

Requirements:

  • Write, create and oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms to develop and maintain the company's digital brand.
  • Develop SEO-optimized social media and web content; interact with customers and stakeholders via the company's social media accounts.
  • Set KPIs for social media campaigns and measure performance; analyze the digital marketing plan and identify strategic weaknesses with recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and major search engines; conduct market research on social media trends and manage multiple brand and social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat).

Job description

At Outshore we're looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Manager for one of our clients. As a DMM you will provide support to the marketing and sales departments in order to increase the profile of the company and attract new customers. You will also assist the marketing team in organizing various projects to maintain and expand the company's digital presence. What you will do

    • Write, create and oversee digital marketing campaigns through social media marketing tools to develop, and maintain the companys digital brand.
    • Develop social media and web content optimized for SEO
    • Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the companys social media accounts.
    • Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.
    • Write regular company newsletters and use proven email marketing strategies to increase sales and brand recognition.
    • Analyze the companys digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements
    • Conduct market research of social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the companys marketing activities
    • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes, and measure a campaigns performance against the KPIs
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
    • Manage multiple brands and multiple social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we expect from you

    • At least 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the travel industry.

    • Ability to work in a remote office position required.
    • Excellent communicator and agile thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English / Level C1
    • Research and analytical skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and balance numerous competing priorities
    • Proficiency with office platforms such as Google Docs, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Dropbox is required.
    • Professional and dependable with a positive outlook required
