Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to define campaign goals, objectives, and KPIs.
  • Implement digital marketing strategies across various channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve website content and visibility.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for newsletters, emails, and EDM that align with overall campaign goals.
  • Write and design high-quality, engaging content that maintains brand consistency and drives audience engagement.
  • Lead the content production process, from ideation to execution, including design and video editing when necessary.
  • Create compelling narratives and case studies showcasing participants' success stories to inspire and motivate the organization's community.
  • Develop strategies to foster active engagement and participation within the Leadapreneur community.
  • Create and manage interactive content that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing among participants.
  • Respond to community inquiries and feedback, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, particularly in banking and finance, to encourage deeper community involvement.
