SMCβs Commissioning and Operations Advisory (CxOA) Team is actively looking for a Mid-Level Electrical Advisor to support live mission critical operations and manage commissioning services for mission critical projects. Typical project types may include in-depth audits of live data center facilities, root cause analysis (RCA) investigations, operations training, auditing project deliverables, oversite of project commissioning firm for ownership, and commissioning process guidance for contractors.
This candidate shall be capable of assisting in analyzing mission critical system operations for efficiency, operation, or maintenance, conduct training for facility operations staff, and reviewing design and construction deliverables for accuracy and quality. Additionally, this candidate shall be skilled in building commissioning management for assisting data center providers in onboarding commissioning agents, defining deliverables, schedule, and testing rigor, and guiding contractors through the commissioning process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This candidate will have the opportunity to engage with clientβs construction and operations teams bring engineering guidance and commissioning expertise out into the field. This candidate shall have the ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and with clients while being able to meet scheduled project deadlines.

COMPENSATION
Base Compensation: $90,000 - $160,000 Annually (Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skills and/or location)
