Your Role: 

We’re looking for a calm, confident Office Manager to be the steady hand behind a high-energy owner behind the #1 window cleaning business in South Florida. This role isn’t about moving fast for the sake of it. It’s about moving thoughtfully, accurately, and reliably — so nothing slips through the cracks.

This role is not about being reactive. It’s about owning systems end-to-end so the business runs clean, predictable, and without dropped balls.

You’ll protect the owner’s time, ensure every lead turns into a tracked opportunity, and keep revenue-moving processes (estimates, follow-ups, email marketing, and compliance) running without gaps.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Own Live Switch coordination by scheduling virtual estimates and ensuring both client and technician are fully prepared
  • Run the email marketing engine end-to-end including copy, segmentation, scheduling, testing, and reporting
  • Manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) end-to-end including tracking, renewals, and 24-hour turnaround on requests
  • Protect the lead-to-quote handoff by ensuring all inbound leads are logged in Jobber same-day with complete details
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution between the owner, sales, field techs, and external vendors
  • Maintain inbox and calendar hygiene to ensure zero missed commitments and conflicts
  • Keep Jobber 100% accurate across all leads, quotes, and job information
  • Follow up on unbooked jobs and leads to drive conversion into scheduled work
  • Manage hiring logistics including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain complete and compliant employee records including documentation and onboarding requirements

Schedule: 9AM - 5PM EST

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

- $1000 - $1500/mo. depending on experience
- Annual bonus up to $2,250 including $500 at 90-days
- 13th month pay
- 16 Days PTO 
- Comprehensive HMO, including dependents. Health, life, vision, and dental insurance. 
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
