Head of Media Buying / Operations Manager

Contract Options

  • United States → official employment (W-2)

  • Europe → B2B contract

Work Schedule

  • Flexible hours, with core communication between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

  • Must be prepared to respond to critical issues outside of these hours when necessary

 

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Media Buying / Operations Manager to oversee infrastructure, processes, and team coordination in a fast-growing performance marketing company. This is a pivotal role that combines hands-on expertise in media buying (Meta Ads, CPA model) with operational leadership.

You will be responsible for daily operations, launching new offers, managing accounts and tracking systems, and ensuring smooth communication across the team.

 

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing / media buying

  • Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager / Business Manager (accounts, proxies, IPs, pixels, anti-detect tools)

  • Proven track record managing large budgets ($1M+/month)

  • Strong knowledge of CPA/RevShare models and affiliate marketing

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (Slack, ClickUp)

  • Team management experience is a strong plus

  • Tools: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, RedTrack, Voluum, Everflow, Dolphin{anty}, ClickUp

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Meta Ads accounts, profiles, access, and domains

  • Ensure account stability and minimize risks of bans

  • Configure tracking systems (RedTrack, Everflow)

  • Review creatives for compliance and quality

  • Coordinate launches with media buyers and support teams

  • Operate in Slack: assign tasks, monitor execution, and maintain workflows

  • Conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-one performance reviews

  • Hire, onboard, and manage team members (support, media buyers, creatives)

  • Leverage AI tools to optimize processes and improve efficiency
