Position Summary

JSR Tech Consulting is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support multiple business-led digital transformation and operational initiatives within a leading global pharmaceutical organization. This role will work closely with senior Project Managers, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to help coordinate day-to-day project activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project meetings, calendars, agendas, and follow-up communications
  • Capture and distribute meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and status updates
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and open items
  • Assist Project Managers with maintaining project plans and documentation
  • Support governance meetings, reporting activities, and stakeholder communications
  • Organize and maintain project documentation within SharePoint, Teams, or other collaboration platforms
  • Coordinate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure alignment on tasks and timelines
  • Help facilitate onboarding, scheduling, and coordination activities across project workstreams
  • Support preparation of presentations, project decks, and status reporting materials

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO support, Operations, Administrative support, or related roles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Professional communication skills with business stakeholders and leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or regulated industry projects
  • Exposure to enterprise systems or digital transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience supporting initiatives involving Veeva, Salesforce, AI, data, or enterprise platforms is a plus
