Job description

Sourcing Specialist

Location: Remote, Washington, DC

Duration: 12 months

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for candidates and the business
  • Advise the business and lead among peers
  • Provide guidance to internal stakeholders in designing a tailored recruiting approach
  • Influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
  • Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude
  • Act as a "Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint
  • Opportunity to manage or develop large projects or conferences

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Sourcing for Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with multiple interview channels, including video
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to find candidates on LI, indeed, x ray searches, preferably from a recruiting agency with Federal/State/Government project experience.
  • Experience in experienced hire recruiting in a professional services firm
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
  • Strong understanding of recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
  • Consultative approach with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
  • Ability to embrace technology platforms and lead social media strategy
  • Willingness to develop new methodologies and approaches
  • Analytical with advanced problem-solving skills
