Job description

Sourcing Specialist

Location: Remote, Washington, DC

Duration: 12 months

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for candidates and the business
Advise the business and lead among peers
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders in designing a tailored recruiting approach
Influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programs
Determine objectives and approaches to assignments with considerable latitude
Act as a "Brand Ambassador” to expand our internal & external footprint
Opportunity to manage or develop large projects or conferences

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Sourcing for Talent Acquisition
Experience with multiple interview channels, including video
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Preferred Skills:

Ability to find candidates on LI, indeed, x ray searches, preferably from a recruiting agency with Federal/State/Government project experience.
Experience in experienced hire recruiting in a professional services firm
Experience with high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
Strong understanding of recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
Consultative approach with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
Ability to embrace technology platforms and lead social media strategy
Willingness to develop new methodologies and approaches
Analytical with advanced problem-solving skills
