This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include the following:
Outbound Calls: You will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations.
Scheduling: You will arrange and coordinate the scheduling of the evaluations.
Member Communication: You will answer member questions and provide support.
MUST speak English and Spanish fluently.
Outstanding problem-solving skills.
Displays patience, empathy, an ability to manage stress, and the ability to work under pressure.
Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication.
Provides knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service

Memory: 16 GB required
Dual monitors are required
Supported resolutions:
2K Monitors: Up to 4 monitors with maximum display resolution of 2560x1600 pixels per monitor is supported
4K Monitors: Up to 2 monitors with maximum display resolution of 4096x2160 pixels per monitor is supported
MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 11 (fully patched with no pending updates)
A hardwired Ethernet connection is required.
A hardwired USB noise-cancelling headset with phone-quality audio is required
