  • Customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with online banking platforms and bankcard products.

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for banking inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide support for existing and prospective clients via inbound phone calls.
  • Resolve concerns across retail, commercial, and online banking, as well as bankcard, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy, and procedural questions.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate.

Job description

This is a remote position.

What to Expect 

Agents will serve as an initial point of contact on banking inquiries and concerns.

  • Provide support for existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls.

  • Resolve concerns about retail, commercial, and online banking as well as bankcard, fraud, forgery, ID theft, policy, and procedural questions.

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate.

  • Provide accurate, confidential client service through bankcards, business online banking, or general servicing knowledge.

  • 16 GB RAM or greater.

  • Dual monitors are required.

  • Webcam required.

  • A hardwired Ethernet connection is required.

  • CPU Speed: Inter® Core i5 processor (6th generation or above) with 4 cores, 2.4 GHz or higher.

  • An Apple or Android cell phone is required for secondary code verification.

  • YubiKey provided by the Client. 


Thinscale Program:

MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 11 (fully patched with no pending updates).
