ROLE

We are seeking a highly technical, systems-oriented Sales Systems Engineer to spearhead the modernization of Double the Donation’s sales operations. In this role, you won't just support the status quo—you will architect, build, and deploy the technical infrastructure that scales our sales team.

The ideal candidate is a corporate-experienced professional who possesses deeper technical skills than a traditional sales team. You are someone who thinks in data structures, API integrations, and AI workflows. You don't just follow a process; you automate it out of existence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • AI Enablement & Agent Deployment: Own the deployment and continuous refinement of HubSpot Prospecting Agents and custom in-house AI tools (e.g., custom Gemini Gems, Sales Coach bots). Build, train, and maintain AI-driven digital sales training guides and internal resources.

  • Advanced Data Enrichment & Scraping: Solve complex data enrichment challenges. Architect automated data pipelines to scrape conference apps, web-based membership lists, and XML data from ProPublica, seamlessly auto-updating HubSpot or central databases.

  • Outbound Automation Infrastructure: Own the setup, configuration, and execution of automated outreach tools (e.g., RB2B, Instantly, or custom in-house equivalents). Leverage tools like BuiltWith, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Clay to build, clean, and enrich highly targeted prospect lists.

  • Integration Partner Workflows: Design and execute data-scraping workflows for new integration partners—identifying platform users, injecting them into the CRM as clean records, and appending them with Nonprofit Software data to trigger automated outreach.

  • CRM Engineering & Architecture: Serve as the technical administrator for HubSpot. Optimize lead routing logic, build custom lead-scanner applications for conferences, manage complex data hygiene, and eliminate operational bottlenecks.

  • Reporting & Systems Documentation: Build advanced dashboards tracking key performance metrics (conversion rates, response times, pipeline health) and write flawless documentation/SOPs for the systems you build.

SETUP

  • This is a work-from-home setup.

  • You would work during US EST Hours (Approx. 8 or 9 am to 5 or 6 pm EST)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role

  • Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Systems Engineering in a B2B SaaS or corporate environment. (This is not an entry-level position.)

  • Technical Stack Mastery: Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, Make.com, Clay, Zapier, or similar middleware automation platforms.

  • Data & Scraping Skills: Proven track record of handling "hard builds"—including XML/JSON data scraping, web scraping, and manipulating API webhooks to connect disparate systems.

  • AI/LLM Aptitude: Direct experience building and deploying AI agents, customizing LLMs for business logic, or engineering prompts for practical sales applications.

  • Mindset: A consultative approach. You can take a loose operational problem, turn it into a technical blueprint, and deliver a polished, finished product independently.

ORG OVERVIEW

Meet the Team

We currently have 100 team members who live in the Philippines who have been fantastic team members and we’re excited to add new team members to this new role!

There are a few traits unique to our business that individuals should consider before applying.

  • You must love the idea of giving back to the community and nonprofits. There are thousands of jobs. If being involved in the success of nonprofits is something you’re truly passionate about, this could be a great role.

  • You must be extremely comfortable with change. As a small growing company, decisions can be made over a weekend and fully implemented by early the next week. Whether that’s new systems, new processes, or new approaches, we look for individuals who can adapt and thrive.

  • You must believe that the best contributors should get better rewards. As a company, we believe in paying people based on the value they generate at the business.

  • You must be willing to disagree and commit. As a growing business, there will be lots of decisions that get made and changes that occur during your time at the company. Some of which you’ll agree with and some you won’t, we strongly believe that the best team members have the ability to disagree and commit (i.e., going with a decision after it has been made regardless of whether or not you agree).

  • You must believe the status quo is unacceptable. As a growing company and as individuals, we believe the status quo is unacceptable. Everyone should be relentless in striving to be the best version of themselves and figure out ways to create more value at the company, enhance our client's results, and grow professionally. The question should always be “How can I be better” rather than “How can expectations be adjusted”.
