Job description

About Us

Atria is an AI-powered ad creative workflow platform designed to help marketing teams generate more revenue by producing winning ads more efficiently.

Trusted by top brands like Ryze Superfoods, Solawave, and Loop Earplugs, as well as forward-thinking agencies such as Power Digital, Inspire Digital, and Disruptive Digital, Atria focuses on enhancing performance across Meta and TikTok channels.

We're 3 years in, already profitable, and building for the next stage of scale.

Team & environment

You'll lead a lean, high-output org around 10 developers mixed with frontend, backend, ML and QA. We're remote and move fast.

What you'll do

1. Enterprise platform architecture (foundations + technical strategy)

  • Define and evolve the target architecture for a scalable SaaS platform (availability, performance, cost, and maintainability).

  • Build enterprise-ready foundations: reliability, observability, incident response, data governance, access control, auditability, and operational maturity.

  • Set clear technical standards: service boundaries, API contracts, data architecture, testing strategy, CI/CD, release practices, and rollback strategy.

  • Establish a pragmatic roadmap for platform modernization without slowing feature delivery.

2. Engineering execution (accountability, aggressive deadlines, unblocking)

  • Turn company goals into a delivery machine: clear priorities, scoped milestones, strong ownership, and consistent shipping cadence.

  • Build and run execution rituals: planning, estimation, weekly delivery checkpoints, tech reviews, postmortems, and quality gates.

  • Identify bottlenecks early (people/process/tech) and unblock quicklyβ€”especially cross team dependencies between engineering, design, and GTM.

  • Raise the engineering bar: code review culture, system design quality, testing discipline, and operational excellence.

  • Own staffing plans: hiring, onboarding, performance management, leveling, and growth paths for engineers and tech leads.

3. Cross-functional leadership & communication

  • Translate business priorities into technical plans that the CEO and non-technical stakeholders can trust.
Communicate trade-offs clearly (speed vs. correctness, cost vs. scale, build vs. buy).

  • Build a high-trust culture across a distributed team with strong written documentation and crisp decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • Proven CTO / VP Eng / Head of Engineering experience scaling a SaaS product from an early stage toward enterprise-ready.

  • Strong architecture judgment across: distributed systems, backend services, data pipelines, security, reliability, and cloud infrastructure.

  • Track record of shipping under aggressive deadlines while improving quality and predictability.

  • Exceptional people leadership: hiring, coaching, accountability, and building a high performing, low-politics culture.

  • Fluent English (spoken + written) for leadership communication, documentation, and working with global customers/partners.

Nice to have

  • Experience in ad-tech / marketing tech, creative tooling, analytics, or workflow platforms.

  • Background working with ML/AI product teams (LLMs, creative generation, MLOps).

What We Offer

  • Fully remote environment with flexible schedule.

  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge GenAI video technology in a fast-growing company.

  • Collaborative, inclusive culture with a small team and high ownership.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.

  • Strong opportunities for professional growth and development.

Kind reminder: No duplicate applications for the same role please. Thanks.
