Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant

Riveron is looking for an experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional professional who can seamlessly bridge business and technology. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical development skills combined with a deep understanding of business processes, ensuring scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Who You Are:

  • A Salesforce professional with 5+ years of experience in both technical and functional domains.

  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration and automation tools such as Flows and Process Builder.

  • Skilled in custom development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security best practices.

  • Experienced in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and translating needs into technical designs.

  • Familiar with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and data migration strategies.

  • Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git) and collaborative development practices.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.

  • Implement solutions using configuration, automation tools, and custom development.

  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across Salesforce environments.

  • Support system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.

  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of solutions with user needs.

  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or App Builder.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
