Hire Date: July 13, 2026 

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Work Schedule: Variety of schedules available

  • Lead and coach a team of licensed insurance sales agents

  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
  • Manage team schedules, timekeeping, and coverage
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure five-star diamond service
  • Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and carrier updates
  • Occasional team support during off-hours as needed
