We’re looking for a data-driven User Acquisition Manager to help scale FABU - a fast-growing subscription product in the wellness space.

We are seeking someone who thinks like an owner, challenges assumptions, runs experiments, and continuously looks for ways to unlock new growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Launch, optimize, and scale paid acquisition campaigns, primarily on Google Ads.
  • Explore and test additional acquisition channels, including Pinterest and TikTok.
  • Own key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and overall unit economics.
  • Continuously test and optimize creatives, audiences, bidding strategies and offers
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team to develop, test, and iterate on ad concepts, messaging, and creative strategies.
  • Partner with Product and Analytics teams to improve funnel performance and connect marketing efforts with product growth.
  • Communicate regularly with platform representatives to unlock new insights, opportunities, and best practices.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of hands-on user acquisition experience, with focus on Google Ads.
  • Experience managing performance marketing budgets of $200K+ per month.
  • Experience with subscription products and web funnels.
  • Proven track record of scaling web and app campaigns while maintaining healthy CPA, ROAS, and unit economics.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative testing, and funnel optimization.
  • Fluent English (B2+) with experience working in international teams and communicating with platform representatives.
  • Experience with Pinterest, Meta or TikTok is a plus
