Job Title: Intake Referral Coordinator

Company: ReWorks Solutions
Location: Remote (South Africa - US Hours)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Role Overview:

The Intake Referral Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating client referrals efficiently, ensuring timely communication with families, referral sources, and clinical teams. This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth intake process and facilitating access to services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming referrals, collecting and verifying all necessary client information to initiate intake processes.
  • Serve as the point of contact for referral sources, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding referral status, intake steps, and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of referral activity and client intake status within company databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely scheduling and onboarding of new clients.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline referral and intake processes for improved efficiency.
  • Provide regular reports on referral trends and intake metrics to management.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in referral coordination, intake management, or healthcare administration preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience in behavioral health or ABA services is an advantage.
