  • Maintain accurate shipment and scheduling information within JD Edwards ERP.

Dispatch & Transportation Management

  • Build and optimize shipment loads and transportation routes to maximize freight efficiency.
  • Generate warehouse pick lists and dispatch documentation through JD Edwards.
  • Coordinate with carriers and distribution centers to ensure timely shipment execution.
  • Escalate transportation delays, service disruptions, and delivery risks to leadership when appropriate.
  • Support daily invoicing and order processing activities to ensure shipment accuracy.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Compile and maintain logistics performance metrics and dispatch reporting.
  • Monitor carrier and warehouse performance against key service indicators.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer service outcomes.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and logistics documentation.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all interactions with customers, carriers, and business partners.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Report hazards, near misses, incidents, and inventory-related safety concerns promptly.
  • Participate in safety initiatives, training, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment.

You Have

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards or Oracle.
  • Experience coordinating freight carriers, transportation schedules, and customer deliveries.
  • Background in customer service within a logistics or distribution environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
