The Intake Coordinator (IC) serves as the initial point of contact for Autism Care Partnersβ callers who are interested in accessing services through the inquiry line. The Intake Coordinator will triage calls to determine if ACP can provide services and, if applicable, will coordinate with the family to gather initial information for documentation and will follow up according to the intake workflow. The IC will work as part of an intake team to ensure family needs are being met, including establishing and maintaining direct contact and relationships with families as they go through the intake, evaluation, and assessment process.
