The Compliance Specialistis responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
Lead the migration of approximately 500 policies and procedures into a new policy governance and management system.
Review, update, and align policies and procedures to support a new servicing system implementation and related operational changes.
Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Identify, document, and validate key controls within policies and procedures.
Ensure documentation complies with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and governance expectations.
Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements, standardization, and documentation enhancements.
Maintain consistency in policy formatting, terminology, version control, and governance standards.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and issue resolution to support successful execution.
Support policy review, approval, and governance workflows within the new platform.
Required qualifications for the position include:
Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, controls, policy governance, or policy and procedure development.
Financial services industry experience required.
Experience supporting large-scale policy and procedure initiatives.
Strong technical writing, editing, and documentation skills.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks, internal controls, and operational risk management.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and policy/document management systems.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
Advanced degree preferred.
Experience supporting servicing system conversions or major operational transformations.
Pay Rate Range: $71.42 per hour.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
