Job description

The Schedule for this position is: Standard business hours.
This position is remote.
What is the Length of assignment: 2-month temporary assignment.

The client would prefer the following skillset or experience: Experience working with title processing, loan documentation, DMV paperwork, mortgage servicing, or similar regulated documentation environments.

The Title Processing Support Specialist will be responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:
  • Performing centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title production.
  • Communicating information and instructions to branch offices with limited to no customer interaction.
  • Performing a wide range of support functions to assist departmental processes.
  • Following clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Using established procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion required.
  • Using basic communication skills to support internal and external team members and clients
  • Working as an individual contributor under direct supervision with little autonomy.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Required qualifications for the position include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–2 years of related work experience.
Preferred qualifications for the position include:
  • Experience in title processing, loan documentation, DMV paperwork, mortgage servicing, or similar industries
Pay Rate Range: $14.47 - $18.25 per hour

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
