Key Responsibilities We’re also adopting IBM BAMOE product which is a vendor supported version of Kogito with emphasis on Quarkus development framework (as opposed to Spring Boot).
Own the engineering, scaling, and reliability of our Kogito platform
Partner with the Lead Director to architect, implement, and continuously improve tooling governance and platform strategy
Develop and roll out platform engineering best practices, standards, and documentation
Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing engineering culture and mentoring peers
Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, SRE, and governance stakeholders
Communicate complex technical concepts with clarity to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Drive the implementation of proven governance frameworks, drawing on prior experience
Proactively identify opportunities for automation, operational excellence, and platform growth
Required Qualifications:
5+ years’ hands on experience in platform engineering, SRE, and software development
