We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to support a large enterprise healthcare platform initiative focused on Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, enterprise integrations, and patient engagement systems.
This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce engineer who enjoys leading complex technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and delivering scalable CRM and integration solutions in regulated enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce development initiatives across Service Cloud and integrated enterprise platforms
Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Support Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations including Email Studio and Mobile Studio
Design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and healthcare-related systems
Participate across the full SDLC including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and enhancements
Mentor junior engineers and review technical designs and code quality
Troubleshoot integration failures, synchronization issues, and production incidents
Collaborate with architecture, product, and business teams in Agile delivery environments
Required Qualifications
8β10 years of Salesforce engineering or solution delivery experience
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including CRM integration
Strong API and enterprise integration experience
Experience with event-driven architecture and data synchronization patterns
Experience reviewing technical designs and mentoring engineers
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience across the full software development lifecycle
HIGLY PREFERRED: Experience with Patient Connect managed package
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare systems integration experience
Hub services or patient support platform experience
Experience with APIGEE, SwaggerHub, Splunk, and Lucidchart
Experience working in regulated healthcare environments
