Italian Speaking Customer Success Specialist

📍 Location: Hungary

🏠 Work Model: Remote

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time

🌐 Languages: Italian (C1) and English (B2+)

Build Long-Term Customer Relationships in an International Environment

Are you fluent in Italian and English and enjoy working with customers beyond traditional customer service?

Join an international customer success team supporting business clients and helping them get the most value from innovative technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with customers, assist with account-related matters, support billing and administrative processes, and help maintain long-term customer relationships.

This is a full-time remote position with structured onboarding, an international working environment and long-term career development opportunities.

We welcome applications from both EU and non-EU candidates who already hold a valid Hungarian work permit and residence permit.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with business customers
  • Support customers with account administration and service-related inquiries
  • Assist with billing-related questions and account management activities
  • Conduct proactive customer outreach and follow-up activities
  • Monitor customer engagement and identify potential risks
  • Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across different regions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
  • Ensure a high level of customer experience throughout the customer journey

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent Italian language skills (C1 level or higher)
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused and proactive mindset
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer success, account management or client support is an advantage
  • Experience with CRM systems is considered a plus
