Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential leads through various channels and outreach methods.
  • Engage and build relationships with prospects via phone, email, and social media.
  • Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance strategies for lead generation.
  • Keep up-to-date records of leads and interactions using our CRM system.
  • Provide feedback on campaigns and suggest improvements based on your findings

What your average day would look like: 

  • Research potential clients using various channels 
  • Reach out to prospects via phone to introduce our services and assess their needs 
  • Coordinate with the Key Account Manager and help prepare proposals for qualified leads 
  • Keep records and update activities in the CRM system 

 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships.
  • Proven experience in lead generation or sales.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the team.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Bonus points if you have: 

  • Experience in outbound lead generation or inside sales 
  • Knowledge of the Hungarian and/or international HR market
