Roles & Responsibilities

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or equivalent professional experience

Requirements:

  • Process incoming service requests and incidents based on SLA via email, create ad hoc reports, distribute tickets within the Service Desk, and manage backlog with escalation handling.
  • Monitor events in a 24/7 support team, escalate issues as needed, and handle onboarding/offboarding ticket creation and coordination; ensure IT trainings for new joiners.
  • Administer hardware assets; create, update and close tickets in the service management system with accurate documentation; create SOPs and contribute to the IT knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of service requests; handle basic L1 SAP tasks and perform ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Processing of incoming service requests and incidents based on SLA via e-mail.
  • Creation of ad hoc-reports
  • Distribution of tickets inside the Service Desk team
  • Backlog management (e.g. long-runner tickets).
  • Escalation handling
  • Event monitoring task in a 24/7 supporting team.
  • Creation, coordination of IT Onboarding/Offboarding tickets
  • Ensure necessary technical and process related trainings for new joiners.
  • Administration of hardware assets
  • Create, update and close tickets in the service management system, maintaining accurate documentation of all support interactions
  • Creation of SOPs
  • Work closely with other IT teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of service requests
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the IT knowledge base by documenting resolutions, frequently asked questions and troubleshooting guides
  • Handling basic L1 SAP tasks
  • Ad-hock administrative duties.
