Role Overview
The Channel Manager is responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned B2B channel partners to grow Chaosβ business within the Latin and South America markets. The role will achieve sales targets through resellers and distributors by recruiting, training, and enabling them to resell the relevant portfolio of products to customers. This position requires a seasoned professional with the ability to drive local market efforts effectively.
Main Responsibilities
Achieve established sales targets through B2B channel partners.
Develop and implement annual channel sales plans aligned with company strategy.
Manage partner relationships to ensure productive and successful collaboration.
Recruit, onboard, and train new channel partners to expand market reach.
Provide ongoing sales training and motivation to partner sales teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all managed channel accounts.
Oversee partner agreements and ensure compliance with established terms.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Support) to ensure partner success.
Forecast sales performance and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
Identify and develop new channel opportunities for business growth.
