Job description

This is a remote position.

Role Overview

As a Survey Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting developers and product managers within the insurance industry to encourage participation in a research survey. Your main objective is to help drive survey completions by effectively communicating the value of the study and building engagement with prospects.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, persistent, and comfortable speaking with technical professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to insurance industry professionals using provided prospect lists

  • Send follow-up emails and text messages to prospects

  • Introduce the survey initiative and explain participation incentives

  • Encourage qualified prospects to complete a 10–15 minute survey

  • Maintain accurate notes and outreach tracking

  • Follow provided scripts and outreach processes

  • Coordinate with the team regarding outreach progress and feedback



Requirements

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or survey outreach preferred

  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Comfortable speaking with developers, product managers, and technical professionals

  • Highly organized and goal-oriented

  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism during outreach

  • Experience using CRM systems or spreadsheets is a plus

  • Familiarity with VoIP systems or dialers preferred

Performance Expectations

  • Conduct approximately 200 outbound calls per day using an auto-dialer

  • Support the project goal of achieving 100 completed survey responses

  • Maintain consistent outreach activity across calls, emails, and text messaging




Salary: PHP 35,000 - PHP 45,000
