We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to accelerate the development of our innovative AI platform. Candidates must have deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, sklearn, embeddings, vector databases, graph databases, LLM APIs (i.e., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, etc.), LLM prompt engineering, LLM fine tuning, ML model hyperparameter tuning, and paradigms like RAG, AI agents, and multi-agent systems. As part of a small cross-functional team, you will be working across components and services. Experience at a successful startup is a nice-to-have.

Please note: This position is on-site in New York, with some flexibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's (MS) or Doctorate (PhD) in Computer Science or closely related field

• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals including algorithms and data structures

• Experience with distributed architectures and event-driven programming

• Experience with data processing (big data, event streams, relational databases, etc.)

• Work experience at startups, fintechs or larger tech companies
