Job description

About Artian

Artian AI is building agentic AI automation for financial services. Our platform enables reliable, autonomous AI agents to execute business-critical workflows across regulated enterprise environments.

We are an in-person team in New York, building at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, workflow automation, and financial services. We move with urgency, take ownership, communicate transparently, and care deeply about doing excellent work. We are looking for people who are grounded under pressure, learn quickly, earn trust with teammates and customers, and want to help define how AI agents are deployed safely and effectively in the enterprise.

About the Role

Artian AI is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define how we communicate the value of agentic AI automation to financial-services enterprises. You will own positioning, messaging, launch strategy, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and customer storytelling for Artian’s platform.

This role is ideal for a product marketer who can understand complex enterprise workflows, translate technical capabilities into crisp business value, and create materials that help customers, executives, operators, and technical stakeholders understand why Artian matters. You should be comfortable working across product, sales, solutions, delivery, engineering, and company leadership in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own positioning and messaging for Artian’s agentic AI automation platform.

  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear narratives for financial-services buyers, operators, executives, and technical stakeholders.

  • Develop sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product explainers, demo narratives, ROI stories, and customer-facing collateral.

  • Partner with product and solutions teams to understand workflows, use cases, customer pain points, and implementation patterns.

  • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches, new capabilities, customer use cases, and vertical-specific offerings.

  • Build customer stories, case studies, proof points, and value narratives that demonstrate measurable operational impact.

  • Conduct market, buyer, and competitive research across financial services, enterprise AI, workflow automation, and agentic AI categories.

  • Support demand generation, website messaging, thought leadership, events, and executive communications.

  • Create internal messaging frameworks that keep sales, product, solutions, and leadership aligned.

  • Help define and refine Artian’s category narrative as the market for enterprise AI agents evolves.

What We’re Looking For

  • Product marketing experience in enterprise software, fintech, AI/ML products, automation, data platforms, or workflow software.

  • Strong ability to turn complex technical products into clear, differentiated, buyer-relevant messaging.

  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.

  • Experience creating sales enablement materials and working directly with sales or go-to-market teams.

  • Strong customer empathy and ability to understand operational pain points in enterprise environments.

  • Comfort working with technical teams and translating product details into business outcomes.

  • Ability to operate independently, move quickly, and create structure in ambiguity.

  • Strong judgment around messaging, positioning, audience segmentation, and commercial priorities.

Nice to Have

  • BA/MBA in Marketing, or equivalent financial services industry experience.

  • Experience marketing to banks, insurers, asset managers, fintechs, or other financial-services institutions.

  • Experience with AI, LLMs, agentic AI, workflow automation, RPA, decisioning, analytics, or enterprise data products.

  • Experience building product marketing from an early stage or working as the first product marketing hire.

  • Familiarity with regulated enterprise buying processes, risk, compliance, operations, procurement, or security review.

  • Experience developing category narratives, executive-level thought leadership, or vertical-specific GTM materials.

Why Join Artian

  • Shape the market narrative for agentic AI automation in financial services.

  • Work directly with product, sales, solutions, delivery, engineering, and company leadership.

  • Create messaging and GTM assets for a technically differentiated enterprise AI platform.

  • Help financial institutions understand, trust, and adopt autonomous AI agents for business-critical workflows.
