We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented TikTok Operations VA to support our client’s growing affiliate and creator ecosystem. This role will focus on managing content workflows, supporting creators and affiliates, tracking performance metrics, and scaling winning content using Spark Ads. The ideal candidate is systems-driven, operationally strong, and comfortable working with data, reporting, and multiple workflows in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and manage relationships with affiliates and creators
Review, organize, and categorize video content for performance and usability
Identify high-performing videos and scale winning content through Spark Ads
Track and report weekly metrics including:
Creator payouts
Payroll
Inventory levels
Performance and operational KPIs
Maintain organized systems for content, reporting, and workflows
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data tracking and documentation
Support operational processes related to ecommerce and live-selling initiatives
Manage multiple workflows independently and proactively
Requirements:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong skills in systems management, tracking, and reporting
Comfortable handling operational, financial, and performance data
Able to manage multiple workflows independently
Strong ownership mindset and accountability
Nice to Have:
Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or creator management
Exposure to Spark Ads or paid social advertising
Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
Ecommerce, inventory management, or live-selling support experience
Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Airtable, ClickUp
