Job description

Sales Development Representative — LinkedIn (German + English) — Sofia, Bulgaria (Remote)

We're looking for a driven, results-focused Sales Development Representative to join a remote B2B team in Sofia supporting a major professional networking platform. If cold calling doesn't scare you and pipeline growth excites you, this is your role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital prospecting

- Identify key decision-makers and schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team

- Research target accounts and develop personalised outreach strategies

- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly pipeline generation KPIs

- Maintain detailed CRM records of all activity and prospect interactions

- Collaborate with AEs and marketing to align on messaging and strategy

What We're Looking For:

- German at native or near-native level; English at B2 or above

- Minimum 2 years of cold calling or outbound B2B sales experience

- Proven knowledge of lead generation and qualification methodologies

- Experience in SaaS, tech, or digital advertising sales is strongly preferred

- Self-motivated and target-driven with strong resilience

- Comfortable working remotely Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00
